Please note that deleting your account will also result in the deletion of any active subscriptions associated with your account. This action is irreversible, and any remaining subscription period will be forfeited.
Important: If you have an active subscription, you must cancel your subscription before deleting your account from the Play Store. If you do not cancel your subscription, the Play Store will continue to charge you accordingly even though you have deleted your account
You can also delete your account directly within the Islam360 app. Follow these steps:
Open the Islam360 app and access the side menu.
Navigate to "Settings."
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and select "Delete Data and Logout."
Confirm your choice by selecting "Delete Data and Logout" on the confirmation popup.
In the text box, type DELETE in capital letters, then select "Delete Data and Logout" again.
An alert will appear confirming that your account, along with all associated data, has been successfully deleted.
You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address confirming that your account, along with all associated data, has been successfully deleted.
To ensure the safety and privacy of your data, you can request the deletion of your account by sending an email to our support team. Please follow the steps below:
Our support team will process your request within 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
By requesting account deletion, all data associated with your account will also be permanently deleted. This includes, but is not limited to, your profile information, activity history, and any saved preferences. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
