Eligibility

1. The referrer must be an existing user with Islam360 and logged in with the app.
2. The referral program is open to all existing users of Islam360.

Referral Process

1. Existing users can refer friends, family, or acquaintances.
2. The referrer and the recipient of the referral link must both be logged into the Islam360 app.

Reward Criteria

1. The referring user will receive ‘X’ points for each successful referral.
2. Points are awarded only when the referred user installs the app and logs in through the referral link.
3. The referred user must be a new user who has never logged into the app before.
• If the referred user has previously installed but not logged in, the referral will still be counted.
• If the referred user has previously installed and logged into the app, the referral will not be counted.

Eligibility for Balloting

1. The minimum criteria to qualify for the balloting is 3,000 points. Users who achieve a minimum of 3,000 points during the campaign period will be eligible to participate in the Umrah balloting.

Fraudulent Activity

1. Any attempts to manipulate or engage in fraudulent activities, including creating multiple accounts or providing false information, may result in disqualification from the campaign.
2. Islam360 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activities.
3. If there is any fraud found, then the user will be removed from the system.

Privacy

1. All the information will be treated according to the company’s privacy policy.
2. Participants’ contact numbers will be collected for direct communication and coordination purposes.
3. Referrers and referred individuals may be contacted by Islam360 for program-related communications.

Disclaimer

1. Islam360 reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program/points-earning/Umrah campaign system at any time without prior notice.
2. All earned points are valid only for the current campaign period and will reset to zero at the start of each new campaign.
3. If the system is abused or misused, the user may lose all their earned points and be disqualified.
4. Umrah packages may vary depending on the availability of tour packages at that time.
5. Winners must travel from Pakistan; all travel arrangements will begin from Pakistan.
6. Free Umrah lucky winners can nominate another person in their place, but the nomination request must be sent via their registered email to us.
7. If the lucky winner doesn’t respond within 15 days after balloting, another balloting attempt will be made to find a winner.
8. There will be no cash reimbursement in place of the Umrah package. If you win the reward, you can only perform free Umrah as a winner via a lucky draw.
9. If the winner wants to upgrade their Umrah package, they will have to pay for the additional expenses.

Umrah Draw Process and Services

1. The date to commence the lucky draw for the FREE Umrah winner will be decided at the will of the company.
2. Islam360 reserves the right to choose a lucky draw method at its own discretion.

1. Travocom Private Limited will be providing complete Umrah services, which include:

• Umrah Guidebook
• Passport/Documents carrying bags
• Bus Transportation (Saudi Airport to/from Hotel | Between Madinah and Makkah)
• Any kind of meal will not be included in this package.

Group Travel and Accommodation Details

1. Umrah traveling will be with a group, and hotel accommodation will be gender-based sharing. Winners may not have the liberty to customize it according to their desires.
2. The Umrah Package/Service will be provided as per the given schedule only, and winners must follow the schedule.

Accommodation Details

• Hotel accommodation in Makkah will be given at Ibraheem Khalil Road near Kabootar Chowk.
• Hotel accommodation in Madinah will be provided within Markazia.
